Have you seen this?  Whether you completely agree with the gov’t recommended portions or not….I think we can ALL agree how much healthier we all would be if at least half of every plate you eat and you serve your children was fruits and veggies.  Take on that challenge!  From now on!  Give your family the gift of health.  It is not expensive.  Just buy them and do it!
