Shake it up, baby!

Make this for breakfast.  Your body will like you and and your taste buds will, too!

1/2 – 3/4 cups frozen, loose leaf spinach

1/2 cup frozen mangoes or whatever fruit your little heart desires

Hearty splash of pomegranate juice, 100%…not some cocktail (a little goes a long way)

2 Tbsp almond butter

1 – 2 tsp Vanilla extract

Enough almond milk so that the smoothie actually blends in to a liquid.  This one I just keep adding while the blender is going until it is the consistency I like.  MAYBE 3/4 cup?

Blend and enjoy!!  It will keep you full and give you lots of vitamins to start your day out right!
